Though it can be very hot in the summer months, Deer Creek is a great place to camp during the spring and fall months. During the winter tempuratures are very similar to the valley floor so prepare for cold nights and cool daytime temperaturatures.

There is room for 20 cars and 80 people in each camp area and many sites have picnic tables and their own fire pits. If you want a campfire you must bring your own firewood. There is a Playground, Horseshoe Pits, and Volleyball court available as well.
